Lighthouse Prep is a Building Block for Your Child’s Future

Lighthouse Prep is located in St. Augustine, FL on Anastasia Island. We are staffed with certified teachers and use Creative Curriculum to provide a customizable approach to learning. Developing and enhancing social, emotional and cognitive skills is the forefront of our daily discoveries. Lighthouse Prep accepts children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. We also provide a Before and After Care Program for school age children as well as Summer Camp for ages 5 to 12 years old.

We make learning fun! Whether it’s time to play or time to learn, focusing on the individual at hand is very important to our staff at. Utilizing select teaching styles to create an effective educational experience is paramount in our performance and in advancing young minds.

Our History

Rooted in education, April Annis opened the doors to Lighthouse Prep July 1st , 2012. Although April has a degree in business, she went into teaching at a very young age and decided to marry her love for children and education in an effort to help shape young minds alike and make a difference in their learning experience.
